plusnet problem

I switched to Plusnet last November and for the first few months had no problems. Then in February they overcharged me by £20 and since then it has been like getting blood out of a stone to try and get the money back. They keep saying they have sent money to my account but it never actually appears. At one time I cancelled my direct debit and then phoned them to make a payment, agreed the amount but they took another £20 from me!! Anyone else had similar problems with Plusnet?
