I was working on the basis that the OP may only get a basic account.

Well Update I had a phoen call from the CEO office i got 200.00 in compensation and they are treating me like gold at the moment! I got a letter with a direct number for a manager who can handle any queries Ive been told I dont have to deal with anyone else *if its in office hours* other then this department.0
