Friend's ex moving back in and threatening to bring new gf

  • Where does the boyfriend intend in sleeping maybe worth also mentioning this to the council, 3 kids and possibly 3 adults when the GF visits.

Complicated. She should arrange to get the locks changed now - if needs be pay for it herself if the council won't do it.

She should arrange to let him see the kids at a place away from the house. Then there's no need for him or her to come in.

But he's actually going to move back in.
Speculation at this stage but I think he expects my friend to sleep on the sofa whilst he has the master bedroom

Ok, she's seeking advice from WA and has an appointment at a solicitor next week. Legal aided.

This simply is not fast enough. She needs to get an urgent appointment tomorrow or Thursday morning.

Can she move a "boyfriend" in ;)

Bullies like him soon back off when they have someone the same size as them to abuse or not as the case will be!

If he moves back in it will affect her benefits I think. (and not in a good way)
