    Agree - although with a close inspection you can get an idea of how the car was treated, the untrained eye will struggle to see subtle signs.

    Like another said, a lot of people drive their mum/dad's mobility cars, for example a young lad was recklessly driving his mum's mobility car and subsequently caused an accident involving my dad's lorry.
