Help with Virgin Media Bill

Hi there, I would really like some advice on what to do/say to virgin media when I speak to them later, let me explain....
I have the virgin phone line and XL tv with sports and movies, when I signed up I was told it was £60 a month, I also paid the £75 for the V+ box, I was told that the 1st 2 months are half price (one of the reasons for signing up) I then got the ebill and had to pay £112 for the 1st month because of an additional £75 fee for the V+ box which I could have contested but thats my fault. I payed that bill...
During this time (between the 1st and 2nd month) I added virgin broadband.
Now I have had the 2nd ebill which come comes in at £157 and after reading Virign are charging me £35 for a manned installation fee for the broadband media converter which I WAS NOT aware of when on the phone to them to order the service. I didnt even want internet with virgin as I was happy with AOL but virgin (phone)do not work with AOL even though their engineers told me that it does. I have been mislead and I want to know where I stand, Also this month bill for the services is not half price it is £75 can I contest that also?
Please help, and thank you for taking the time out to read this.

If you have VM cable service (as opposed to Virgin National ADSL service) then you can't have AOL broadband (or any other ADSL broadband) on it. VM runs on a completely separate network. To have any other ISP you need a working BT line.No free lunch, and no free laptop

thanks for the reply, I know that I cant have aol (bb) and virgin Internet as a result of my internet going! however, after realising that I have to move from aol I was not told of any installation charges and when I spoke to this guy from virign I triple checked the total amount with him and he said it is £72.50 a month. nothing more or less. what can I do?0
