HI
Need a little help regarding BT *everyone groans*
.
I have recently moved and wanted to take my phone and broadband with me. I have been tied into a 12 month contract with them for the past 7 months and thought that my contract would simply go with me.
However my boyfriend (not being fully BT seasoned) did not check with them and we are now tied into another 12 month contract starting this week.
Obviously I am fuming and cannot seem to speak to any knowledgable people at BT regarding this *suprise*. Is this allowed and what should I realistically do about it.
Any help would be appreaciated (by the way we changed our phone number if that matters)
cheers all x:D

If you move and take the BT service with you then it is only the line rental that starts a new 12 month contract the broadband and calling plan will just move over and any remaining contract on the broadband and calling plan will move with you and will still have the same end date.0
