O2 pay as you go complaints, please help!!!
I lost my simcard on the 28th of Feb 2010. On Monday the 1st of March I phoned cos I couldn't find it anywhere. The following day I rang and was talked thru transferring to the other O2 sim I had and was told would be ok within 24 hours, 36 hours down the line, no connection. Rang several times, even tripped to an O2 shop, today it's the 22nd of March, been sent another simcard, told handset was barred too, they'd sort out, I'm still not connected! Everytime I try and ring it says 'number barred'. Have been ringing customer services ever 72hours Last spoke with them Wednesday 17th and they said someone had missed another sim bar, wait 72 hours, but hey, it's been 5 days (120hours), still can't use phone. Have tried to ask for my credit back so I can move on, have been told they can't refund, they've now given me £5 for the inconvenience but hey, what's £5 when I can't use it? Don't know how many emails, phonecalls have made to O2, tried the line manager, was put on hold then transferred to yet another CS advisor!!! I now have a PAC but cannot leave them with my £16.17!!!! Any advice? I've checked here, will be sending a complaints letter, signed for but hey, 22 days, they have my money but I can't use my phone. Sorry this is a long shot but just thought I could pour my heart out.
Please God if you can't make me rich, make my friends poor!

Ask for the Higher Level Complaints address if you don't already have it.0

Sent a complaint, within 24 hours, it's sorted, did I have to go thru this? No, and the answer is, I now have a PAC and will be making Tesco' richer cos at least they triple my credit, why get stuck with O2 if they don't care? Please God if you can't make me rich, make my friends poor!0

Tesco Mobile is a joint venture with O2.
Unfortunately companies can't be perfect all the time, it's how they treat you when things go wrong that measure how good their customer service is.
Looks like you've not had the best experience but it's worth giving them another chance before moving, unless moving will save you loads of money.0
