Brand new computer already used-money back?

I would suspect this is a preowned computer that has been returned by the previous owner for some reason !
Perhaps the setup name was to get back at Dell when they returned it, as it turns out, its also told you what the previous owner thought of Dell !
Hope you get it sorted out though, is there any other info on the computer from the previous owner....complaints letter in word perhaps?:)0
