The chilli thread was hilarious too.........I'm looking forward to this one.
By the way Mr BE it's definitely smoked haddock, but any smoked fish will be good.

Now look here young lady, there's nowt going on between me and Mrs EE - she's old enough to be me granny! She'll probably pop round with the Vim to make sure I've cleaned up properly. If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0 -
I have to admit, I'm with newleaf on this one, it sounds lovely..., but its not kedgeree (tuna?!??!)

Right, smoked haddock is just about my favouritest fish, so that's sorted.
Eggses are great too, so they're in.
I'm a little confused over the yoghurt / cream - what do I do with that?If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0 -
You bung the yoghurt cream in at the end if you want, but they're optional.

Add to the kedgeree with chopped parsley just before you serve it.

annie-c wrote:Well, I saw your chilli MrBE and I should think that that recipe for 3-4 should be just about right for one portion for you.....
If you are buying fresh fish tomorrow then you'll need to cook it on Monday - could be a bit whiffy by Thursday!
Looking forward to this!
Right then, Monday it is for fishy freshness.
And yeah, I was kinda thinking it was a one-portion recipe. If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.0 -
