Santander ISA contributions allowance incorrect!

I transfered some money into my ISA just to realize unused allowance info listed was incorrect.

Phoned the service and they confirmed that the allowance info was incorrect.

They are aware that some online customers have been given incorrect info with regards to their allowance contributions.

If they are aware why don't they inform their customers!

Even cash machine balance slips have the wrong allowance info.

What they playing at?

Anyone else had the same issue?

Yeah same issue here. If I remember correctly it shows the new limits for next year.

I know it's not that big of a deal but it doesn't instill me with much confidence.

I know some ISA's won't even let you overpay they take what is allowed and reject the rest!

Their system must be up the wall as my payment was accepted!

Their customer service advised me to move the overpayment back from whence it came!
