I had sent them the cancellation request through the form and have just seen today that they have taken £6.99 out of my account! I phoned them up and they told me that I had obviously not filled out the form properly and gone through all three of the stages and got a reference number, and so they had not received a cancellation request. I am sure I went through the process! Now I have to try and find the reference I wrote down somewhere to prove them wrong.
Sometimes I feel like a pelican. Whichever way I turn, I've still got an enormous bill in front of me.
