I got the 30 day free trial and now trying to cancel. I've had a look a previous threads but they haven;'t helped. I tried the number on the site 0844 335 0550 and literally been on it for 5 hours (at 5p/minute!!!) but no one is answering, what do I do if they just refuse to answer the phone?? I'm starting to panic a little as I don't have £70!!
Please help - thanks!

In always recommend paying £2 for a report for this reason.
5 hours of my time is worth a lot more than £2.0 -
Thanks for the alternate numbers. Took me a few goes cos they kept fobbing me off to the other number but finally got somewhere.
I used the 30 day trial as it was suggested on this website via the Independent newspaper website so didn't think it was a scam. Plus Experion was so easy to deal with. Maybe should be careful of specific advise from newspapers and websites from now on!!0 -
How's it free? They may not charge cash [for the moment] but you freely give them all your info and now your rather expensive time.
Unless you have a problem obtaining credit these scammers are best avoided.
Yes in deed, it would be so easy to ensure there's no incorrect information on your file without obtaining a copy of it to check..... £0 is expensive, you do have a point. Especially when you factor in the Quidco cashback. Real swindle. I must make sure never to verify my data that these "scammers" hold is correct ever again...Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48

Thanks for this, I called the number and they put me through to the correct department, was on hold for 3 mins and they cancelled there and then. I received the confirmation email shortly after, Fantastic! If you try via the submit a question page you have to set up an account????0
