    I spoke to someone in the company and he sent me a quote with LifeCoaching, Nutritionist & counseling listed. He was not too interested in what qualification I had in those areas. I have a certificate in counseling & will do doing a certificate in coaching & nutrition while I practise.

    They quoted me £260 including e-cover for public liability & prof indemnity. I asked for £2million cover.

    I looked on their website and they have won awards for their service over the past 3 years. They cost more than my quote with TowerGate but I think I will go with them because of their awards & what has been said by MSE above.

    Must have got the one unhelpful member of staff, they were quite rude :(

    The person I spoke to was completely helpful and explained everything. I was on the phone for ages and he was never rude. Try again and ask to speak to someone else.

    I think after the call they had an automatic telephone questionnaire so that you can put your views about your call.
