Royal Mail Address Incomplete

It used to be that if you sent something Signed For or Special Delivery then the computer would automatically check the address, but recently they changed it so doesn't check it against the database. Presumably this was because you could be sitting there for 15 minutes trying to figure out an address because it's not on the database, but it then turns out it's just not been added yet.
You can still ask at the counter for them to check an address against the database though.
last time i sent an SD it came us as an unknown address
strange as i was sending it to a royal mail delivery office :rotfl:0
