    But could the first occasion not simply be a "period of grace"? A "one off freebie" or a "we've overlooked this first breach and we'll not charge you this time, but we will every other time"? Unlike a CC company to be so understanding, but you never know...

    Actually I asked about a refund on the 2nd charge and was told that they don't do refunds period. So unless their computer was being nice to me back in March it's a new charge that they've not told me about. ;)

    Could possibly be in response to the them lowering the charge soon. You know get them a few more times for good measure. :rolleyes:
