If you win the chargeback though you won't have a ring as that will have been returned, at buyers expense, to the seller.

Just got an email from the seller. Basically he said that the clarity of the ring makes people aware that there are inclusions. He also said that if we wanted a ring where the naked eye could see nothing wrong, then we need to buy a ring of VS clarity upwards.
He has offered to replace the ring for a smaller carat, or the same carat but pay an extra £300 give or take! Alternatively he will refund.
We have said that we will send the ring back and we will 're-evaluate' our budget as we want a diamond that is 'perfect' to the human eye! Will wait and see what his reply will be and what the refund will be!
Will keep you up to date!
