Best deals before or after deadline?

I opened my first ISA this year and its full up, looking to add to it ASAP after the deadline. Do the best deals normally come up before or after the ISA day deadline? ie is it worth opening another ISA now to get the rate or wait until the new ISA year?

Thanks.

From what I have seen, most places allowing applications to ISAs at the moment are doing so on the basis that you intend to subscribe for this tax year, so given that you have already opened one I'm not sure you would be able to open a good one now anyway.
