Hi everyone thanx for your replies.

I got the letter this morning telling me all about it. The only thing it doesn't tell me is how long I will have to wait for the report to be done and when I will find out what group I have been put in. Does anyone have any idea how long this will take and what group I may be put into. Its not that I dont want to work I just cant at the moment. Apart from that I am still techincally employed (maybe not for very much longer). Hopefully after my operation I will have full mobility again.

Forgot to say I live in Scotland

    Thank you

The majority of people are being put in the work related group, with only a small percentage being placed in the support group.
  • Hi

You can find out lots of information about ESA on this site - it really is helpful

    "benefitsandwork.co.uk"

It has lots of free information for non members, I did join though and found all the info fantastically reassuring as I was so worried about going to the medical!
