Hi
Can anyone give me some advise please.....
I want to come off my mobile contract (vodafone) as i seem to be on a really bad price place. I am thinking of going Pay as you go but not sure what the best provider will be for me.
I don't use the phone for music or web access.
I mostly text (approx 150 texts per month) with about 30 minutes of calls a month.
What would the best provider for me to move too?
Thanks

If you are determined on going PAYG, Asda is currently the UK's best value provider - 8ppm calls, 4p texts.
Don't rule out contracts though - T Mobile offer a SIM-Only 30-day contract, and for £10 you get 100 minutes and unlimited texts (via a Flexible Booster). It's brilliant because you only have to give them 30 days notice, yet you get a lot more minutes/texts than you would on even the best PAYG tarriff. The only issue with T Mobile, potentially, is there lesser-network coverage than the likes of Vodafone. I'm sure it will be ok though. The Orange animal rewards scheme could be useful depending on the ammount you text, I can't remeber which animal it is. But one offers 300 free texts for a month when you top up £10. With a standard call rate of 10p/min0
