Blackberry purchased through Vodafone

Dear All,

I want to purchase a Blackberry Bold through a contract. I need a phone for work and I like the spec of this model because I need to read and send emails and occassionally surf the web.

Voda are offering £35 pcm for 2 years.

What is there customer care like?

Has anyone found that there are hidden extras which make the facilities mega expensive to use properly?

Would anyone recommend another network provider and why?

similar deal with O2 but for £25 a month. You are charged £32.50 but the account is credited with £180 taking it down to £25 a month (but not sure exactly how it works).

Personally I've not yet had any problems with O2...
