Could just ring them and find out...whats going on. Logically it would get cut off if there is non payment. Maybe they tried and there was an error at bank?
Is 12th the bill date or actual rough payment date?0 -

Bill date was 28 feb and payment was to be taken on or after 12 march. I tried to call them today (191) but they are not open at weekend.
thanks any way i will call them tomorrow.0 -
it's happened to me before. they usually try to take payment again approx 5 days later. after that they would probably then just bar outgoing calls/texts but allow incoming ones.
hope this helps0 -
I am just about to call them.
I have had money in they bank for it. My bank told me today they have not applied for payment since the Feb payment on 11th Feb.0 -
I have just called and vodafone are telling me I do not owe them any money my bill has been paid.
The operator souded as if she was not from UK. Her name was mariana.
Thank you to who ever has paid my bill :beer:0 -
I had a problem with vodafone, they were unable to take payments by DD as my local branch put a block on it for some reason, not matter how many times we reset it up from scratch. Anyway, im glad its paid Maybe it did come out and you didn't see it?Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -

I have been with them/singlepoint for about 12 years with the same bank details and never missed a payment so there has been no need for them to have different bank details. when I check my account with vodafone online the bank details are correct.0 -
