I bought a t mobile top up voucher for £10 each which I put on my shelf for future use. I placed a plug in liquid air freshener next to it which leaked. It has erased the voucher number but the rest of it eg s/n etc etc is still readable.

I've had a look at the pay point website but the links from their FAQs are all down. Does anyone know if it's possible to still get the credit and if so how?

Thanks

Yes it is possible :) In the shop where we work, we have a list of phone numbers for each of the different networks for if there are problems such as printing errors with vouchers.

You need to phone T-mobile up (and pray you hit lucky), explain the situation that the voucher hasnt been printed properly (ie, voucher number printed onto blue stripe on new till roll - oops yep been there, done that one n boss wasnt too amused either!) and ask them to credit your account with the top up. It may take 24-48 hours to reach your phone though.

If you dont want to phone T-mobile themselves, you could always nip back to the shop where you got it from and ask them to phone T-mobile for you.

    Thanks for your advice.

I popped in the local shop where I bought the voucher and they told me they could have reprinted if it was the same day. As it was not they recommended ringing T Mobile, I rang T Mobile and they asked for the serial number and from this they immediately credited the voucher to my phone.

Well done T Mobile and thanks MSErs
