Saucy - EBay did that to me too, so I "borrowed" my dads number to get it set up. I put in his number, he answered the phone, then called me with the 4 digit pin. Not supposed to, but if they don't accept mobiles or my landline (appartently it didn't exsist??) then got no choice. Is there anyone you could ask to do you a favour?

i've found the page on heart internet so I can change the nameservers but how to I find what names to put in? Oh god this is gonna be a nightmare...mainly for you lot :-/

Ok Mabel - deep breath. you have bought the domain names you don't have to set it up right now.
I am a bit too tired right now to try and work it out with you in any coherent way.
It will be fine tomorrow. also munchki might be familiar with heart internet so may be able to help.
But you've secured the name now so just relax again.
was it something blue and beyond?

Who did you buy the domain from and where do you want to point them too?
I'll have a go at helping if you like, I managed to do mine. Have got bad fibro fog though, so I might not be much help!

Its ok Saucy-I've just done it (I can recommend webhostingbuzz for hosting their live help is fantastic!) I think I'm going to relax now! I've just started another new bloody business lmao. Hope you feel a bit better soon hun and you get some bloody answers from those useless doctors of yours :-(

I used to work for the owners of that company lol, even went to his wedding (very posh and not a merkin in sight lol)

Their tech support is brill and it really is quite simple and in the help files on your control panel it will show you exactly how to add or change the nameservers.....

Just remember it can take up to 24 hours for the changes to kick in.

Saucy can you get OH to take a copy of it to docs and say to receptionist that you are getting worse and you have had this letter since ? and nothing is being done. That it is something that could be causing a lot of your symptoms and you need some help to get it sorted.
It is one thing to say you are ill and will feel pain but if you have existing problems that have been recntly diagnosed but not treated then that is not an acceptable answer. Is it possible that the GP's don't know about the vit D deficiency.
Its hard Saucy but it could really make a difference to you to sort it out.

I carnt gaurantee next day,I need to book now and she hasnt paid enough anyway plus all customs milarky I just seems to much hassle
Dont like letting people down but she should of waited for conformation she paid before I had answered the question then vamoosed
If it doesnt get there in time its no good anyway and only 80% get next day
