Anyway, feeling a bit more optimistic tonight, so it's a happy post from me for a change! Look after our kittens, Joey, and see you all in the morning xx
Ha ha, I will do - I've named him/her Little Miss/Mr Saucy just for you. (to be confirmed which in the morning in an Official Merkin Lifting ceremony).
They've all settled down in a big heap for the night. Mum cat has been for a cuddle and now is eating her second tea (I'm like a Yorkshire version of one of those Italian mums - "I want to fatten you up, you're all skin and bones)....... (eeh bah gum)
My cats are now feeling neglected so I'm off up to bed to give them a cuddle.
Night all x:jI shall call him Squishy and he shall be mine and he shall be my Squishy.0 -
Returned to add - I've just noticed that on my signature I've been trying to dribble to £100,000 - dammit, no wonder I felt so inadequate. £10,000 seems like a drop in the ocean now (NOT!!!):jI shall call him Squishy and he shall be mine and he shall be my Squishy.0

Good Morning everybody!
Actually got a half way decent amount of sleep last night for a change, looks like DD2 is on the mend. Hope Munchki makes it out the spare room alive and doesn't get crushed by a toppling pile of books!
Sold another item last night, that makes 9 in total now for £110.50, and 4 of them were underwear, so am quite optimistic about that buy at least, 341 for £601, if by some miracle I manage to sell them all for the asking price then I will be £3400 better off, although I think all is pushing it a bit! Aiming for at least 75% at asking price and the rest as a wholesale bulk lot.
I am however, sad to say that thanks to the OH, Munchki has caught fishtankitis and would like to take it home, not sure it will fit in her boot thoughSo we are all going to the fish shop this morning.
Sheloveshim - thankyou for yesterday, DD1 still isn't awake, she must have had fun!turn £100 into £10000 in 2010 member #16 £567.68/£10,000 -I'm a wiggly worm, I'm a wiggly worm, how do you do, I love you, I'm wiggly worm!0 -

Amber_Sunshine wrote: »The plan to capture the Merkin had sadly come to naught. Miss von Teese had declined the offer of a bespoke crystal merkin in exchange for her assistance, saying that if she wanted to be in close proximity to a strange beast with staring eyes, she would have stayed married to her former husband, Mr Marilyn Manson. The only alternative was the retired model, Mildred, but she, alas, no longer possessed the looks to make the merkin look sufficiently alluring.
So the residents sat in the Smirkin Merkin, wondering how else to make their fortunes, when conversation turned to Little Dribble, their great rival in Dribble valley. 'Have you noticed,' observed Mambury, 'that things have been awfully quiet in Little Dribble lately? Whenever I pass through, there's no signs of life at all ...'

Top secret news - It's looking very positive that we won't be coming back for any extended period and are moving for good. I'm so excited! I can't wait.
Joey, I want that kitten. How long will you have them for? Please don't stop dribbling about them, I'm getting my cat fix through you...I love cats so, so much.
