I've been busy fighting with livejournal and blogger, have copied more old posts over to my music blog, and tweaked the layout a bit
- it's now listed on google & got accepted for Universal Music ads via tradedoubler :j
The search doesn't work (but I think that's because blogger's broken it with their new 'auto-pagination' thing) and I haven't worked out how to get the Older/Newer posts link to appear.

have a page full of rough posts in metapad, just need to get them transfered to my personal blog and sort out the theme - need to clear out my harddrive so I can get paintsho pro to work without crashing, I've got photos I want to edit and post :mad:

Been doing a bit of experimenting with posterous
should make it simpler blogging via email or their page then it autoposting to my other blog(s) , (blogger's editor keeps adding extra code and line spaces to by posts :mad: )

Haven't fully worked it yet - wish they had one page with all their code on it.

might be useful for people needing image/video hosting - they do an instant photo gallery from attached photos and auto embeding of videos from just the link :cool:

Sold another book - from playtrade though (they take more of a cut on bank transfers bah). Got it in the post today, made it in time for it to go in the last post. The post office woman stuck it in the sack before I got a chance to ask for a certificate of posting. Hope it doesn't 'go missing'.

book was on the same subject as my fanzine, didn't think til I got back that I could've added a flyer/card plugging the zine *doh*

Anyone know what playtrade & amazon marketplace's policy's are re adding flyers for your own websites/things for sale elsewhere?

Saucy/ Joey - I didn't start officially following blogs till I started this challenge. It just didn't occur to me but I still had at leat 10 blogs that I foolowed regularly but not always commenting. So you may well have unofficial followers. I guess like this thread is read by a lot more people than we see actually posting.I had a flurry of interest when I first set up my blog but only have about 18 fans and 16 twitter follows although I have plans to build this but they will take time and as I don't have lots of that right now It will be slow growth
Hales can you carry me over except for the job application bit because I applied for a different one (the cafe). and add at least one blog post per week; blog promotion; get Dh to list more stuff on ebay.

Meant to drop in last night, but between a serious chocolate craving which forced me to go to not 1 but 3 shops in my pyjamas in search of something good, and OHs accounts (forgot it was the end of the month), I didn't get much chance.

Mega clear up today and will work out new total for sig, hopefully will go up a bit! Would offer to follow people on blogs and twitter, but I really don't know how, so I shall sit on the sidelines and read for now.

Forgot to mention, have been looking into something to rty and cut costs, don't know who it would suit, but franking machines might be a good idea once sales go up. You have to option to buy or rent, rental being £16.99 pm. For this you get a franking machine, envelopes, ink, intergrated scales and a few other bits. The money saving comes in when you send the items, you save 7p on a second class letter, going up in increments to 80p on a second class packet of 2kg. Working it out, you would need to post between 3-10 items a day in order to make it worth your while money wise, but also, there is no need to queue in the post office to sort out postage. Mainly started looking because the queues here go all the way round the PO and out the door and half way down the street most of the time, takes the best part of half hour to get to the front. But after a conversation with the franking place, they outlined the pricing and are offering a 30 day free trial for the next few months, so if it doesn't work out cost effective, you can just give it back, no charge. Don't know who it would help, but I am averaging 5 parcel a day, every day atm, not quite sure if it is enough yet, just thought I would share.

Posted something on my fan page and also shared it via my normal profile. It doesn't show on DH's at all. do you think He's hidden me?!?
