I know there's been some talk about proofreading on here - I've done some in the past (by accident for someone who answered by tutoring ad) and in my day job (English teacher, p/t) I do it all the time - but not in a professional proofreading way - there are notes/symbols to use aren't there? I did look into it all a long time ago!

Well, anyway - I'm thinking of advertising - goodness know where - to do some of this type of work. I've got a rough idea of how long it would take me to proofread for example, a 2000 word essay, but how much to charge? By the hour? By the number of words?

Really could do with some advice - since my Ebaying is on hold. Going away for a week at Easter and have promised myself that when I come back... well, you know the old story - just got to find another way to earn money!

I think I missed this.. I love Lipsy! Only not when I'm having a fat day/fat pre-menstrual week, but the rest of the time, definately!

  • I didn't HAVE to as such but he does so much for me and DS and his debt problems are huge, same with my mum but I have no sympathy for her because she hates me and she won't even try and sort herself out. I didn't have to, I just felt like I had to; like I said, I'm a mug.

  • Thanks Nix, no worries about the time. Honestly.

I'm so dizzy, but I will get round to responding to everyone tonight. I'm just feeling a bit...well, rough. Really light headed, and dizzy, and generally carp.

Mabel, how about Champagne paint, but then with a nude body thingy? So you can kind of see what it would look like on? People might like to picture these things...shudder.

just found a site called bodystocking avenue - they have lots on if you can bring yourself to look.
Also belly dancers use them but they seem a bit more expensive.
