Well all 9 items sold, one bidder bought 4 so I have combined postage as they asked before bidding. Looks like I'm closer to the £50 mark than the £10 hales so could you put me down on your list to make my first hundred?
What do you all think to this as an email I'm sending to the winning bidders.
Hi,
Thank you for your winning bid and prompt payment for xxxxxx.
I hope you enjoy your purchase.
I will email you again when the item has been dispatched.
If you would like to know more about why I am selling these and my challenge to turn 1p into £10,000 then please visit my blog at (blog address) or find me on facebook or twitter @nearlynewcastle
Thanks again
do you think it's any good, I just thought it might attract a bit more traffic/followers/fans etc
personally I wouldn't bother.... people buying on ebay don't really seem to give a toss about the seller as long as they get their item....
If you after followers to your blog, then again personally I would bother but for buyers off your website.... then go for it....
-add your website address to your ABout ME page
- offer discounts to buyers on flyers in their parcel etc
People who are interested in your stock might be interested in your blog, but buyers are buyers.....
Just my opinion
