  • Well I thought you were a lesbian anyway Cagne :) So you are an honourary woman in my eyes !!

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Cagne, on a slightly more serious note, I did see your post about sometimes feeling reticent to join in the lady dribbling, I so hope you don't feel like that often as I think I speak for everyone when I say we'd be dismayed if we thought that was how we made you feel. Just tell us to wheesht and get back on track!! You're our testosterone balance!!

  • Made a right balls up on eBay! Everything was going so well too! Long story short, I listed a set of 4 summer outfits for baby girl, but actually I'd already sold two that I had in the photo, and forgotten about 2 different sets which I ended up not listing at all. Have messaged the buyer to say sorry sorry, would she like the other 2, plus an extra one for free, by way of apology, but also offered to cancel the transaction if she prefers.

I so hope she doesn't think I'm a complete idiot and leave me a neg as I'm on 100%! Fiddlesticks!

Frustrated at their collective poverty, the residents had come up with a cunning plan to earn their fortune - by capturing the elusive Merkin reputed to roam the village at night when all decent folks were asleep, thus turning Merkinville into a tourist destination, attracting visitors from far and wide. So they held a meeting at the pub, where the debate (and the drinks) were thrown around for hours. Finally they came up with a plan that was guaranteed to succeed. The Merkin was said to be especially attracted to the female form - generations of village women had told tales of a close encounter with the hairy beast - so the residents decided to use the beauteous Miss Dita Von Teese as a lure ...

    Positively love it!

the premium ecommerce version is $19 per month (around £14 I think) for that I would get:
    own domain
    no wix ads or logo
    ecommerce shopping cart
    2.5gb storage
    5gb bandwidth
    full support
    seo

is that a good price anyone?

Cagny - I use a company called stormwire, they are an american company and cost me about £60 for the entire year. They have stacks of templates, full shopping cart features and amazing tech support. (all included in the price) I have been very well pleased with them and so are my friends who have used them for years!
Whew. I knew I would have some catching up to do!!

Far too many pages for me to comment on everyone I want to! Some very interesting ideas re dribblers site/village (love the idea)/magazine etc. I dont' have anything sensible to add right now, but once it's all mulled through my mind I'll be sure to let you know if anything sparks!

2cats, hugs honey, please look after yourselves right now x

I've packaged up some eBay bits that sold last night, so all organised for the post office tomorrow. Other than that, I've done absolutely p all! I'm now going to head for a lovely hot soak in the bath, but I'll pop my head in afterwards and see what you're all up to.

    Night night Hales, sleep tight.

  • evening folks, I've not been on here for ageeeeees! What with my daughters accident (still not sought legal action) staying at the mothers (a months worth of food and heating bills saved! woo!) how are people doing with the challenge? Where is the money countdown gone?! I think I finally just about managed to spend my initial £100 but have not advertised any for resale yet aoart from some shoes! Oh and risk free bets.

On a real high note today I have finally paid off my credit card which was 1600 odd at the beg of the year literally every spare penny has been thrown at it old accounts with a few quid in closed and a big car boot all helped along the way now on to the overdraft 1750 to go on this debt - I'm hoping for December to be the month this is cleared by but not sure how long I can carry on being this thrifty! I'll have to start turning over that initial £100 asap!

First page is really helpful well done :)

Have I missed anything big? Has anyone hit their target yet or found a gem at a boot sale?

    Hope everyones doing well
