  • Hi Fengirl. Sorry, i forgot to mention that benefits is based on your last 2 FULL tax years thus these will be 07/08 and 08/09 as 09/10 is yet to end. I have my P45 from the administrators. Asking the administrators for any PAYE records (ie week 35 to 52 wages which i have not got wage slips for) has been fruitless. They say they can not do this (or cant be bothered). They have said for the past 2 weeks they are trying to contact the directors (they say they try every day). When asked what good that will do, they said the directors will confirm NI has been paid. Still waiting. Have not phoned this week yet. Interestingly, MCR, the administrators, have the same initials as the company administrators dealing with the MFI collapse
