Free phone contract

HEy sorry, didn't know where to post, I found a good deal for a contract, but I haven' done this before, So was wondering what by redemption means and how do I activate this, also is it too good to be true? Thanks

'by redemption' usually means that you pay the bills and then send them off and wait to get your money back. I have done this with Carphone Warehouse, sent bills by recorded delivery and got my money back with no problems. However, some firms are better than others and I have no experience with this particular firm. Someone may come along soon who has!

As the phone included doesn't look as good as my existing phone, would it be possible to buy this type of deal, and then put the sim card in my existing phone and use that?

If you're phone's network branded then it's most likely locked so the sim needs to be from the same network as your phone.

If you're phones sim free or unlocked then it doesn't matter which sim you put in it. . .
