Which Travel Inn?

We are going to visit my brother for a day in Leeds and stay over at a Travel Inn nearby. Our options are the Leeds City Centre (£60) and the Leeds/ Bradford Airport one (£53). I am not concerned about the difference in price, although it could be a deciding factor needs be. Which is the best for a family? Neither mentions anything about railway and road noise, which the Leeds West one does, but does the airport get alot of flights and would there be a big difference in noise etc?
Thanks for any help!

Why not check Holiday Inn Express as you get a free breakfast there? You need to check whether there is a car park if you are thinking of a city centre hotel.0

I have only stayed in the Travel Inn at Peterborough so don't know if they are all the same but there was a distinct lack of air con. Given the weather the last couple of weeks the Express By Holiday Inn might be worth considering for that alone, pretty sure we may still get a couple more summer days before Christmas.0

i stayed at a premier travel inn i think once but it was on the outskirts of leeds, it was near a sainsburysNo Links in Signature by site rules - MSE Forum Team 20

He's in Headingly - I don't know the area at all.
I have just checked out the Holiday Inn Express and it seems good, but you have to pay for parking and a non-returnable deposit. I am not bothered about a breakfast as we will go to my brothers for that, so I reckon I will give it a miss. Thanks anyway!
I will check out those review sites.0 -

Thanks, we're actually going across on Tuesday 29th August and just staying for one night.0 -
Think this travelodge is a pretty new one only a couple of years old.
Its just over the road from the airport but dont think it will be too noisy as theres not many if any night flights from leeds/Bradford.
Probably about 20mins drive to Headingley from here.
Theres a fish & chip restaurant (Murgatroyds) near there as well as a brewers fayre pub (yeadon Stoops)0
