Being signed (timed out)

Is there a way to stop being signed out after a short period of activity. I just had a phone call that lasted about 15 minutes, and find when I return I have been logged out and all the posts are showing as read.
This seems to happen on a regular basis if I am called away for any reason

I've had the same problem for about 2 months now. The problem has been there since a website update. The technical help have been 'looking into it'.
I don't have any signing in problems with other websites.Never buy a stupid dwarf -
