The one I have says under T&C:
To The Customer: Please present thia coupon to be cashie rduring purchase at any participating retailer to claim 30p off a Smirnoff & Coke 250ml can :(

Was irrelevant anyway as Tesco in Telford refused it point blank, so i dont them to keep their cans, then in Shrewsbury I asked first at customer services to be told 'we dont accept internet coupons', so I asked since when, and was told about 4 months. She soon backtracked when I showed her the email from HO, but would then only allow me 1 per transaction. So I walked out. 2 Sales lost there Mr T

Might have to send another email to Sir T :j

I guess me and pink have been lucky with the vodka and coke ones, up to now we've not had any probs, just having a "nightcap" now, they not bad at all, hic, :o:o
Live for today, for tomorrow is promised to no-one.

never complain about growing old,far too many people have been denied that privilege.

Me too, she even muttered something about it being on a memo that they weren't taking it. I knew I didn't really believe her, but what can you do there and then. She just said we don't take anything that doesn't scan. She wouldn't take the vodka and coke one either because it wouldn't scan or the domestos. Mind you, the coupon is for the Grotbuster one which is actually £2.49, so guess it shouldn't be used on the 49p ones anyway. The chap tried, but as it wouldn't scan, he said he wasn't allowed to tap it in - I even suggested it.

Trout checkout supervisor was the one that said if it doesn't scan we don't take it. If I hadn't offered to get a load of cleaning materials for work (to make up to the £30) I would have said screw you then and walked off!

I'll be on the phone tomorrow!!

There is a 35p coupon off the Domestos bleach on page 1.
The grotbuster one is 50p but it is a different product so this probably caused the problem.

Use the 35p one and it scans OK.

I used 2 Smirnoff can coupons yesterday and Asda sell this product too.

Click on the link on the 1st page to open it, then click on "File" on the top bar, then click on "Save Page As" and you can name it whatever you want and choose where you want to save it (I always save it to my desktop, that way it is handy to get to). As for printing more than one to a page I usually use "Booklet Printing" which will print 2 on the page but you have to print 1 then turn the paper around and print the 2nd.;) HTH

I've never come across this! All the 000 bar codes I have ever used needed to have the price input manually. I always tell the SA what the price is as they will have to put it in.

I have definitely noticed this on some tills, as soon as they scan it it puts 30p discount. As I said one of the Milka's the other day scanned at £1 (I think someone else also posted about it being worth £1.....) even though as you know they are 000. I think I have seen this in S too. Most beep and ask for input but I'm definitely sure this has and does happen :o:o:o:o:o

ps Thanks C-M for assuring me that I'm not going mad!! I think this may be why some of us see it and not others :) Strange how the milka came up as £1 the other day though...
:p:p Have a good [STRIKE]Tesc[/STRIKE][STRIKE]Asd[/STRIKE]WHO? day - Err....I still wish Mozzies had a better website even though they are now on MyS! :p:p :rotfl:;)
