Last week I was refused the Farm Foods coupon but told they accept all other competitors and today it was the Lidl coupon! I wish they would get their stories straight. I have emailed head office but am still waiting for a reply.:(

Thank you for your recent email addressed to Sir Terry Leahy, our Chief Executive. On this occasion I have been asked to respond to you.

It is true that we have taken the decision to no longer accept Farmfoods conditional spend coupons. Please be assured that we did not take this decision lightly and this was only reached after careful consideration.

We continually review our own business strategy and how we perform within the competitive retail sector. By accepting another retailer’s coupons we need to understand how much of a benefit this is to our customers, in comparison to the value this gives to our own business. With this in mind, we reluctantly took the decision to no longer accept Farmfoods coupons.

For your information, we still accept conditional spend coupons from the following competitors:

    ASDA
    Morrisons
    Lidl
    Sainsburys
    Co-op
    Marks & Spencer
    Waitrose

Once again, thank you for taking the time and trouble to send your email to our Chief Executive.

    Kind Regards

    Nick Johnson
    Customer Service Executive

just spotted this, thanks to Storck

Just seen this on another site and thought it might be useful on here. Apparently Tesco might/will be stopping taking certain vouchers from certain brands in June unless they allow them to destroy the vouchers.

Are T's accepting the Smirnoff vouchers for a free can, or as 30p off? Voucher is confusing, firstly saying free Smirnoff & Coke, then in small print says 30p?
