Wow, I've been really bored today - two lots of washing and I'm even thinking about doing the washing up! I'm going to play with my new eyeshadow to eyeliner toy instead though.
I'm supposed to be doing pre-course reading. I've done a bit! I'm now waxing my legs - how desparate am I to avoid work?

Yes I'm sure that the councillor lives right in the middle of Manningham and not in the lovely leafy suburbs somewhere!
The place is a dump, many shops closed, reinvestment and building of new shopping complexes shelved and unlikely to restart for the next few years.
The building site which was all the 1960's blocks that they demolished has grassed over and they now think they can open it up and call it a city park! :rotfl:
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

I've done my eyeshadow, now I'm thinking about doing my nails but then I can't type. And I've just phoned dad to talk about music to see what I can nick of his. Although I'm going out in a good half hour so getting dressed is probably a good idea...bank_of_slate wrote: »Yes I'm sure that the councillor lives right in the middle of Manningham and not in the lovely leafy suburbs somewhere!

Ah, Manningham... I remember going to Terrorvision's 'last ever' gig there a couple of weeks after 9/11 with people who were quite anti-Muslim at the time... I avoided them.
Is the building site the one down round the corner from the train station before you get to the big bit with the Alhambra and National Film place at the other side? I hate round there, they've blocked off some roads and my sat nav gets us lost.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -
