What do i do please? I need to re install XP, the disc itself seems unable to delete the old version on the hard drive. So i want to delete whats there, then load the disc. Please help. When XP installation shows this, this is your opportunity to provide chipset drivers so XP recognises your harddrives!

From what I can gather your laptop uses an Intel chipset. When Intel's site becomes available to me again, I will try to find some drivers to use - in the meantime, make ready a floppy disk, blank CD or a USB flash disk (in order of most likely to work first).
