You can use gParted to reformat your hard drive.
Run the gParted program.
It will show your Windows partition.
Right-click on it and select Format to...
You choose ntfs
Also afterwards look in Manage Flags
Make sure there is a tick in the Boot box.Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake.0 -

Now that you've reformatted it won't say Windows because you've wiped it out.
So re-boot your computer from the Windows disc and install it.Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake.0 -

still there, and the windows disc can't delete it!
the linus live cd i'm using now is showing 488mib of space now opposed to 119.0 -

i'm sure i did now the format is reading ntfs, and this time has a lock on it!
the format option isnt available to click on now0
