Granted it looks a bit odd but that may be coz it is a dual thing for either the mains or car.
What about the end that connects to the phone? Does that look right?
Maybe it is just a stock photo, a lot of ebayers use a photo that is not of the actual item.

actually looking at it closer, it does look like the correct charger, I scrolled down and looked at the bigger picture, which i didn't see last time0
