Hi hypno, i am ashamed to say i dont know how to do scratchies clicks and matched betting also do i go through quid co for my next account???
    Sorry i am a bit dim.xx

No problem - we all had to start somewhere!

Scratchcards......head over to the Gambling Introductory offers board, and there is a thread about daily scratchcards there. Generally speaking you can open a virginbingo one, and ONE St Miniver one. St Miniver offer loads of different sites, and there is a list on the GIOL board, but if you open more than one you run the risk of being shut down. I have always had two, with no problem, but I don't think I would ever risk opening another. Other people have many accounts, but some get shut down, some don't so it is up to the individual if they want to take the chance. The two I use are butlins bingo and littlewoods bingo.....

Clicks.......On the main DFW board, Eagerlearner does a spreadsheet with all the clicks on - I confess to not doing these any more, but they do add up,. Have a read through and see if it appeals to you!

Matched betting - needs time to get your head round - again, go to the GIOL board, and there is a whole set of instructions. READ THEM CAREFULLY. Then, when you have read them, READ THEM AGAIN SEVERAL TIMES. Then, when you think you have got it, READ THEM AGAIN! I can't stress it enough! There is an excellent "help for newbies" thread there, and they are really helpful when you first start out, but if you haven't "got it" from the instructions, then they will tell you to go and read them again. It sounds complicated, but it isn't really, once you have got your head round it. And it can be quite good money.

Surveys......sign up to any or all of the following: Toluna, YouGov, Onepoll, Lightspeed, Pureprofile, Pinecone.....lots of time consuming surveys, but they all accumulate points or pennies, and after a while you can cash out - sometimes for vouchers, sometimes for cash. Again, over the course of a year, it can add up to a very useful amount.

Mystery Shopping.......there is an excellent thread on the Up your Income board about all the various M/S companies. Some visits pay well, some are a bit of hassle, and they can be like buses - none for ages then loads at once, but you can pick what you want to do and leave the rest for someone else to pick up!

I think that's about it - the Gambling board and the Up your Income board are really very good places to mooch from time to time :D

    Hope that helps!

    Hypno,

If you do ever decide to do a real idiots guide to Matched Betting (and I mean head lolling, slightly drooling, deranged expression, eejit guide) then please count me in. I read it and think I should be able to do this and then get completely and utterly lost.

Thank you in virtual blue crayon as I'm not allowed sharp objects,

I can't believe for one second that you could not get your head around matched betting and make a stonking fortune KJ

Hypno, I've been lurking on your thread for a bit now...and you're very inspirational. I'm looking to up my income at the mo and I'm going to look at matched betting to see if I can get my head round it. I've also joined a few mystery shopping sites so let's see how it goes. You're doing great...I have huge admiration for women like you and benben. X

    Thanks souk!

It's just a case of stealing ideas from other people on the boards. When I joined, I spent hours each day reading through all the boards trying to find out ways of "earning" extra money. I joined almost every challenge going, some got dropped fairly quickly, others I stuck with for months/years.

At the end of the day, I need the money, I need the focus, so I stick around, and keep borrowing those ideas from others!!
