so sad to hear your news - life sucks sometimes.

Have a great evening with Pania - don't let her sabotage your good work though !!!!

Have managed to speak with DS who still can't quite get his head round his results.

Glad DD had a fab time at the Prom - when my DD had hers it was held at the local castle as she worked there at the time. - fantastic evening had by all.

Off to Brighton to a 80th birthday lunch tomorrow and then have Sunday completely free so hoping for good weather so i can sit in the garden and read.

Take care everyone and enjoy the evening

Have a FAB timne tonight-Nothing much to report here .
Made tax credits squirm yesterday -I rang the repayments dept (actually the dept to ring when YOU have overpaid to make arrangement to pay back) and snotty woman quoted at me how all repayments must be 100% which I quoted back at her several times as they have over collected something over a grand and procesed the info in November....and did nothing about it. Naturally couldn't explain why not. So of course I explained I expected this to be refunded "100%" and wanted an explanation for the delay-which of course they couldn't explain. Cue my "Well this really isn't good enough"
Was quite fun as snotty woman who obviously spends her days telling people how they must repay didn't have a leg to stand on.
Anyway should be sorted in six weeks they say......shouldn't be any issue at all as they have already agreed I don't owe it and stopped taking repayments off my payments back in September.
Ourold MP loved this kind of stuff and was very good at putting bombs under them-Suppose I better see if the new one is as good at it.

Had cheap tickets for Bon Jovi tonight but am now working instead -neither of us are too bothered -it's too hot to trudge up to the 02.

Enjoy your run (if it happens;) ) hope you both have a fab evening

I don't need P to sabotage things - I am pretty good at doing so myself! Was invited at the last minute to a lunch which was at rather a yummy place, with rather a boozy theme to it. Needless to say, I consumed rather more than my 3.5point WW ready meal that I had taken into work.....but I did try to be good and had salad type things.....no pud, just coffee, and slimline T with my G.......oh, and of course the wine doesn't count at lunchtime because you walk it off on the way back to the office.....n'est pas?

I have, however, continued with my rollercoaster of emotions, and now to add into the mix, I have a stye on my eye, and Boots wouldn't sell me any ointment for it, despite me having had plenty before. They told me to go to my GP. Yeah, thanks!

Weekend will be busy. P is over tonight, and of course we will be super good and exercise loads before eating a small, healthy, and well balanced meal.......(where oh where is that damned roll eyes smiley when you need him!). Then tomorrow, I have a photoshoot for the Daily Express who are doing an article on mystery shopping. I have no idea when it will be printed, but they are sending along a stylist and a wardrobe of clothes and shoes, so it should be a bit of fun. Then Sunday is our office BBQ, plus of course the football in the afternoon, and hopefully a run beforehand.

I hope you all have a good evening, and that you have had a good day x
