Half way through the week, and I could have done with a lay in today - so tired! But I am sleeping better, so it is obviously all just catching up and settling down.
DS is off to London on a school trip, so I will be heading out to do his paper round before work.....best get on with scratches and banking then!

Yup, KC, and a tote one last night too.....
1.5lbs ON at WW today - not surprising given the amount of comfort eating I have done since my fall. I was expecting it to be more, so am quite happy with that.
