We had a lovely day - loads of walking, as you do, so sore feet today! We did Madame Tussauds (fine with an annual pass, but I wouldn't pay almost £70 for the three of us to have gone in otherwise), then walked to Oxford Street and spent several hours in Selfridges. I bought DS a school bag, and DD some canvas shoes, so they were happy (and they were things that I needed to buy anyway) and I bought myself this which looks much nicer in real life than it does in the pic.....but which was a nice treat without being uber expensive.

We walked almost everywhere, and took packed lunches, so apart from one coffee and a couple of additional bottles of water, no spending was required. We met with my friend for dinner, who very kindly paid for all of us, so that was a lovely surprise, but of course, very much appreciated.

So, all in all, a good day - got back just before 1am so very tired today.

Today I have taken a M/S in the town that my Nana lives, which basically allows me to go and visit her, but the M/S will pay the petrol so that works well.

First, banking, scratching, and several coffees.

I hope you all had a good day yesterday, and that you have a good one today - the sun is shining :)

    Hi Hypno,

When I went Tussaud's it was with OH and we took some friends, and it was free tickets with a competition win, I must admit I wasn't overly impressed, and there was no way I'd have spent the normal entry prices. Admittedly some people did seem to love it.

Love the bag :) Watched "Coco before Chanel" on DVD yesterday, and the bag looks very chanelesque. If you get a chance to watch it, it was really good, I'd read mixed reviews, so was pleasantly surprised, OH liked it too.

Yes, the reason I was drawn to the bag was because it was a bit Chanel-esque......without the Chanel prices! I wear a lot of plain black for work, so this gives a summer feel but is still v. smart.

    10p only on scratches.....banking next...or is it coffee next....hmmm....

Banking done, nothing to report there, and surveys up to date so another few pennies (literally) towards pay out on each site.....

NOW, it is def time for more coffee.....
