Tip from an electrician

I am adding a couple of spurs onto the ring and am struggling to get all three wires to fit into the holes on the rear of the sockets. The exsisting wires are multi copper thread type and I am adding the newer type single thick thread. The sockets are MK. I am hoping that an electrician has some magic trick to make it…

So underneath the floor boards , even if inspection 'hatch' is left is not on.

So , really junction boxs can only be used in the loft?
Cant think where else I could put a box , where it was hidden , but available,

sorry was typing at the same time . Will follow link you supplied when I get a spare half hour.

Would like examples.
