Crediting Orange PAYG Vouchers to a contract ?

Is it possible to credit Orange PAYG Vouchers to an Orange contract ?

Alternatively, can one get the balance of a PAYG SIM transferred to a contract ?

One can do both on Virgin, but I have an idea they may be alone in that.

    Not unless something changed in the last few months. The payg system and the contact system aren't linked.
