Looking for a little advice/help

Somehow, somewhere along the line my mobile number has gotton onto someones "spam" list and I now get regular messages from "CJ_TV" such as

"£1000 cash + £6000 of bonus cash to be found in random ChallengeJackpot accounts this weekend! Deposit NOW to see if you've won! NOINFO? txt noinfo to 87775"

I don't ever recall signing up to anything like this. I can only guess it might be that I signed up for something else online perhaps and they passed my number on.

Anyway, has anyone else seen these or similar?

Does anyone know of a way to stop them or block the sender?

Does anyone know of a way to find out who owns the shortcode/number 87775?

I don't want to just txt back to 87775 on the premise that it might either cost a lot of money or that it may sign me up for more crap! (or both).

Opinions/ideas greatfully recieved. And appologies if this is a FAQ just point me to it.
