Swiss Life/pioneer Mutual

Can anyone help?

I took out an endowment with a company called Pioneer Mutual in 1987, who were later taken over by Swiss Life. I registered my complaint via Swiss Life website as I was unable to locate a UK address for them.
As this was a number of weeks ago & I have heard nothing I wondered if there was anyone out there who may be able to help as I am unsure on where to go next?
