Have you thought of asking the CAB head office?

They may be able to email all branches quite easily, asking the person concerned to make contact with you.
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

Why don't you sent the request out in the weekly email?

Sadly I've spoken to head office and put it in the e-mail - but no response as yet :(

    HOORAH!

The letter has just come back to the office 'addressee unknown' - which is a bit strange as it was to a well known journalist at the Mail on Sunday.

Yet they're now sending a bike to pick it up and alls sorted.

Great news - some nasty ridiculous interest debt company is now goign to be rightly exposed :)
