Hi A Citizens Advice Bureau officer kindly sent me a letter about a hideous debt case where the client (from memory) had borrowed about £15,000, repaid £25,000 over thirteen years, and then asked for a settlement figure which turned out to be £120,000ish. The letter was to say "this disgrace should be publicised". I agree.…
