    Sal, sounds like you have the basics covered there - have fun shopping! :)

    Linda, I use coaltar soap most of the year too because it's the only thing that helps to settle the sun rash I get. I then use a light moisturiser (Boots Protect and Perfect or Olay), then factor 50+ Piz Buin for sun intolerant skin. Would love to be able to use normal skin care ranges. The only good thing about the miserable winter weather is that I can use my lovely Olay cleanser and toner instead of bright yellow smelly soap (although I don't mind the smell actually).

    pap, it is...I have it....Was gonna put it on eBay but I can send it on to you if you want? Have copied it to the Mac and I'm gonna convert it into a smaller file so I can have all my fitness shizz on here :)
