    I use one with cleansing beads but I want it to run out so I can use my foaming Boots one that smells lovely. I alos use Botanics day cream with honey and milk in and put it on my hands and it makes me silky soft.

    I dont tone - is that bad?

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    Nor do I spud, nor do i. But I'm not dead yet so I assume I'm OK. I just go in Boots and pick up the stuff for dry to normal skin and I'm fine.

    And sammy, I've done level one of the scary woman DVD (Jillian Micheals) twice today...and my thighs hurt.....

    Not bad Elfen, but you will notice a difference if you do try it.

    I have that new L'oreal cleanser with the little pad thing that you use? It was on special in Boots for £3 something and its great. I use the pink one for dry/sensitive skin.

    I use No7 day/night cream and love the Sanctuary range for body products-love Soap and Glory too.

    Toning removes and excess cleanser and gently exfoiliates the skin, also sets the ph balance back to where it should be (neutral)
